Zero-Net-Carb Keto Flatbread (Naan-style)

Ingredients (makes 4–6)

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (full-fat)

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 1 large egg

  • 1–2 tbsp psyllium husk powder (key for bread texture)

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • Butter or ghee (for cooking)


Instructions

  1. Melt cheeses
    Microwave mozzarella + cream cheese for ~30–45 sec until stretchy.

  2. Mix
    Stir in egg, psyllium, baking powder, and salt.
    Knead until it forms a soft dough.

  3. Rest
    Let dough sit 5 minutes so psyllium thickens.

  4. Shape
    Divide into balls. Roll flat between parchment paper (like naan).

  5. Cook
    Heat pan on medium.
    Cook each flatbread 2–3 minutes per side until golden spots form.

  6. Finish
    Brush with melted butter or ghee. Optional garlic 😌
