Ingredients (4 tortillas)

  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until completely smooth and thin.

  3. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low.

  4. Lightly grease with oil.

  5. Pour batter thinly, swirling like a crepe.

  6. Cook 1–2 minutes until set.

  7. Flip carefully; cook 30–45 seconds more.

  8. Transfer to a plate and cool slightly (they soften as they cool).
