1️⃣ Steak (Garlic Herb Butter Style)

Ingredients

Instructions

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • Salt, pepper

  1. Brown beef, drain excess fat.

  3. Slowly whisk in milk.

  4. Simmer until thick.


7️⃣ Fries (Crispy Method)

Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes

  • Oil for frying

  • Salt

  1. Cut into fries.
