  • The mixture will thicken and turn light caramel color.

5️⃣ Beat the Tablet

  • Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.

  • Beat the mixture with a wooden spoon for 3–5 minutes until it thickens and loses some of its shine.

6️⃣ Set the Candy

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.

  • Smooth the top with a spatula.

7️⃣ Cool and Cut

  • Let it cool completely (about 1–2 hours).

  • Cut into small squares.
