1. Activate yeast

  • In a bowl mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast.

2. Make the dough

  • Add egg, condensed milk, salt, and flour.

  • Mix until dough forms.

3. Add butter

  • Knead in soft butter until dough becomes smooth and elastic (about 8–10 minutes).

4. First rise

  • Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.

5. Shape

  • Punch down dough and shape into a loaf.

  • Place in a greased loaf pan.

6. Second rise

  • Cover and let rise 30–40 minutes until puffy.

7. Bake
