  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Press tofu 20 minutes to remove moisture.

  2. Toss cubes in cornstarch.

  3. Pan-fry in oil until golden on all sides. Remove.

  4. Sauté vegetables 3–4 minutes.

  5. Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, vinegar.
