  4. Remove turkey/ham, shred meat, return to pot.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, chopped

  • 3 slices bacon

  • ½ onion

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in skillet; remove and crumble.

  2. Sauté onion in bacon drippings.

  3. Add cabbage; cook 10–15 minutes until tender.

  4. Stir bacon back in and season.
