Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Pork Roast
Ingredients

2–3 lb pork shoulder or pork loin

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup honey

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

2 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1/2 tsp salt
-
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional for thicker glaze:

1 tbsp cornstarch
-
2 tbsp water
Instructions
1. Sear the pork

Pat pork dry with paper towels.

Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium-high.

Sear pork 3–4 minutes per side until browned.
2. Make the sauce
In a bowl mix:

honey
-
soy sauce
-
ketchup
-
brown sugar
-
Dijon mustard
-
garlic
-
apple cider vinegar
3. Slow cook

Place pork in the slow cooker.

Pour sauce over the pork.

Cover and cook:

LOW: 6–7 hours

HIGH: 3–4 hours

4. Glaze (optional but recommended)

Remove pork from the slow cooker.

Pour sauce into a saucepan.

Mix cornstarch + water and add to sauce.
