Ingredients

Instructions

1. Sear the pork

  1. Pat pork dry with paper towels.

  2. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium-high.

  4. Sear pork 3–4 minutes per side until browned.

2. Make the sauce

In a bowl mix:

  • honey

  • soy sauce

  • ketchup

  • brown sugar

  • Dijon mustard

  • garlic

  • apple cider vinegar

3. Slow cook

  1. Place pork in the slow cooker.

  2. Pour sauce over the pork.

  3. Cover and cook:

    • LOW: 6–7 hours

4. Glaze (optional but recommended)

  1. Remove pork from the slow cooker.
