🛒 Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small head green cabbage, chopped

2–3 carrots, sliced

2 cans (14–15 oz each) diced tomatoes

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

4 cups beef broth

½ cup uncooked rice (white or brown)

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried oregano
-
1 teaspoon dried basil
-
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Salt and black pepper to taste

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion until browned. Drain excess fat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds more. -
