Cream Cheese Swirl

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Preheat oven
    Set oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease a medium baking dish.

  2. Make the pumpkin mixture
    In a large bowl mix:

    • pumpkin puree

    • eggs

    • brown sugar and white sugar

    • milk

    • vanilla

    • cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt

    Stir until smooth. Mix in the flour.

  3. Prepare the cream cheese layer
    In another bowl beat:

    • vanilla

    Beat until creamy and smooth.

  4. Assemble

    • Pour the pumpkin batter into the baking dish.

  5. Bake
    Bake 35–40 minutes until the center is set.

  6. Cool & serve
    Let it cool 15–20 minutes before slicing.
