When there’s no yeast, no oven, and dinner is already judging you—pan bread comes through.

Pan Bread

No Yeast • No Oven • Ready in 10 Minutes

Ingredients (2–4 flatbreads)

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ cup milk (or water)

  • 1 Tbsp oil (optional but softer)

That’s it. Pantry magic.

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Add milk and oil. Mix until a soft dough forms.

  3. Turn onto counter and knead lightly for 30–60 seconds.

  4. Divide into balls. Roll each into a thin circle.

  5. Heat a dry skillet over medium.

  6. Cook bread 1–2 minutes per side until bubbles form and golden spots appear.

  7. Stack in a towel to keep warm.

Eat immediately while hot and fluffy.
