🍎 No-Flour Apple Oat Cake (Healthy & Easy)
A naturally sweet, wholesome cake made with oats instead of flour. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or light dessert.
🥣 Ingredients
Dry Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats (or quick oats)

1½ tsp baking powder

Wet Ingredients

2 large eggs

½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

⅓ cup honey or maple syrup

¼ cup melted coconut oil or any neutral oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 medium apples (peeled & diced small)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease or line an 8-inch (20 cm) baking pan. -
Blend the oats
Place oats in a blender or food processor and blend into a fine flour-like texture. -
Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, combine oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. -
Mix wet ingredients
In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, honey, oil, and vanilla. -
Combine
Pour wet mixture into dry mixture. Stir until combined.
Fold in diced apples (and nuts/raisins if using). -
Bake
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. -
Cool & Serve
Let cool for 10–15 minutes before slicing.
