Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1½ cups mini pretzels, lightly crushed

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt (optional, pretzels already bring it)

Optional add-ins (highly encouraged):

  • Chopped peanuts

  • Mini M&M’s

  • Toffee bits

  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix the base
In a bowl, stir together peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth and thick.

  2. Add crunch
Fold in crushed pretzels and any add-ins.

  3. Melt chocolate
Microwave chocolate in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between, until smooth.

  4. Combine
Pour melted chocolate into the peanut butter mixture and gently fold until just combined (marbled is totally fine).

  5. Form clusters
Scoop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Rustic blobs are the vibe.

  6. Set
Chill in the fridge 20–30 minutes until firm.

Storage

  • Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week

  • Freeze for up to 1 month (they’re incredible cold 👀)

Variations

  • Extra decadent: Drizzle with melted white chocolate

  • Health-ish: Use natural peanut butter + dark chocolate

  • Spicy-sweet: Add a pinch of cayenne or chili powder

  • Holiday mode: Red & green M&M’s or crushed candy canes

If you want a 4-ingredient version, a Peanut-Butter-Only (no chocolate) twist, or a kid-safe assembly line, say the word 😄
