No-Bake Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters
Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup powdered sugar

1½ cups mini pretzels, lightly crushed

1 cup chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt (optional, pretzels already bring it)
Optional add-ins (highly encouraged):

Chopped peanuts
-
Mini M&M’s
-
Toffee bits
-
Shredded coconut
Instructions

Mix the base
In a bowl, stir together peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth and thick. -
Add crunch
Fold in crushed pretzels and any add-ins. -
Melt chocolate
Microwave chocolate in 20–30 second bursts, stirring between, until smooth. -
Combine
Pour melted chocolate into the peanut butter mixture and gently fold until just combined (marbled is totally fine). -
Form clusters
Scoop spoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Rustic blobs are the vibe. -
Set
Chill in the fridge 20–30 minutes until firm.
Storage

Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week

Freeze for up to 1 month (they’re incredible cold 👀)
