1¾ cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

Cream the good stuff
Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. -
Add wet ingredients
Mix in egg and vanilla until smooth. -
Dry ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder. -
Combine
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until just combined. -
Fold in the magic
Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. -
Chill (important!)
Chill dough for at least 1 hour for thicker, better cookies. -
Bake
Scoop dough (about 2 tbsp each) onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 18–20 minutes until pale golden. -
