Million Dollar Pie

Million Dollar Pie (No-Bake Classic Dessert)

Million Dollar Pie is a classic Southern no-bake dessert. It’s creamy, sweet, slightly tangy, and packed with pineapple, coconut, and pecans inside a graham cracker crust. It takes only about 10–15 minutes to mix and then chills in the fridge.

Ingredients

Filling

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained

  • ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut

  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

  • ¼ cup maraschino cherries, chopped (optional)

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
or 1 cup freshly whipped cream

Crust

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Topping (optional but recommended)

  • Extra whipped topping

  • Cherries

  • Toasted coconut

  • Chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Drain the pineapple

Drain the crushed pineapple very well.
Too much juice will make the pie runny.

2. Mix the filling

In a large bowl combine:

  • Sweetened condensed milk

  • Lemon juice

  • Vanilla extract

Stir until smooth.

3. Add the mix-ins

Fold in:

  • Crushed pineapple

  • Coconut

  • Pecans

  • Chopped cherries

  • Whipped topping

Mix gently until everything is evenly combined.

4. Fill the crust

  1. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust.

  2. Spread evenly with a spatula.

5. Chill

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) until firm.

6. Garnish

Top with:

  • Extra whipped topping

  • Cherries

  • Coconut

  • Pecans

Slice and serve cold.

Servings: 8
Prep time: 10 minutes
Chill time: 4 hours

💡 Tips

  • Toast coconut in a pan for 2–3 minutes for extra flavor.

  • If you like it extra fluffy, fold in 2 cups whipped topping instead of 1.

  • You can freeze the pie for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.

Popular Variations
