🧾 Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained)
For the cheese layer:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
Toppings:
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup chopped green onions or jalapeños
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
- Extra sour cream (for topping)
For serving:
- Tortilla chips
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the beef
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water, simmer for 3–5 minutes.
2. Make the creamy mixture
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and 1½ cups shredded cheese.
