🧀 Cheesy Chips (Loaded Cheese Fries)

Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • ½ cup milk

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper

  • Optional: bacon bits, jalapeños, green onions

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into fries.

  2. Fry or bake at 200°C / 400°F for 30–35 min.

  3. Melt butter in a pan, add milk and cheese.

  4. Stir until smooth cheese sauce forms.

  5. Pour cheese sauce over hot fries.

  6. Add toppings if desired.


🍫 Toffee Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter

  • 1½ cups sugar

  • ¾ cup cocoa powder

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup flour

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup chopped toffee pieces

  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.

  2. Melt butter and mix with sugar and cocoa.

  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

  4. Add flour and salt.

  5. Fold in toffee and chocolate chips.

  6. Pour into lined pan.

🍔 Double Cheeseburger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef

  • 4 burger buns

  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

  • Lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles

  • Salt & pepper

Burger Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 1 tsp pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Divide beef into 8 thin patties.

  2. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook patties on skillet 3–4 minutes each side.

  4. Add cheese slices to 4 patties.

  5. Stack plain patty on cheesy patty to make double.

  6. Toast buns lightly.

  7. Add sauce, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and burger.


Fun fact: If you had to remove one like the image suggests, most people eliminate cheesy chips because the other three are more unique.
