🛒 Ingredients
For the Chicken:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (or breasts), cut into chunks

½ cup cornstarch

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

1️⃣ Prep & Coat

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Dip each piece in beaten eggs.

2️⃣ Fry

Heat oil in a skillet (about 1 inch deep) over medium-high heat.
