Homemade Banana Candy
Ingredients

4–5 ripe but firm bananas

1 cup dark chocolate powder (or drinking cocoa powder)

3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp butter or ghee
-
2 tbsp milk
-
½ tsp vanilla essence (optional)

A pinch of salt (brings out chocolate flavor)
Method
1️⃣ Prepare banana

Peel bananas and cut into round slices or long finger pieces.

Lightly mash just a little so they hold shape but are soft.
2️⃣ Make chocolate coating

Heat a pan on low flame.

Add butter/ghee and milk.

Add sugar, stir till dissolved.

Add chocolate powder + salt.

Cook on low flame, stirring continuously till thick and glossy.

Switch off heat and add vanilla.
3️⃣ Coat bananas

Add banana pieces into the warm chocolate mixture.

Gently mix so all pieces are coated well.
4️⃣ Set the candy

Transfer to a greased plate or butter paper.

Let it cool completely (10–15 minutes).

Optional: refrigerate for 20 minutes to set faster.
Serve & Store

Ready to eat once set 🍫🍌

Store in fridge up to 1 day (best fresh).
