  • ½ cup warm milk

  • 2 cups milk

👨‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Mashed Potatoes

2️⃣ Prepare the Breading

    • eggs

    • milk


3️⃣ Bread the Steak

  1. Coat steak in seasoned flour.

  2. Dip into egg mixture.

  3. Coat again in flour for a thick crust.


4️⃣ Fry the Steak

  1. Heat about ½ inch oil in a skillet over medium heat (350°F / 175°C).

  2. Fry steaks 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

  3. Transfer to paper towels to drain.


5️⃣ Make the Cream Gravy

  1. Leave about 3 tbsp oil/drippings in the skillet.
