🥦 Garlic Butter Sautéed Broccoli
Ingredients:

2 cups broccoli florets

2 tablespoons butter (or olive oil)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

Salt (to taste)

Black pepper (to taste)

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:

Boil or steam broccoli for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender but still bright green. Drain well.

Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds (don’t let it burn).

Add the broccoli and toss well to coat in the garlic butter.

Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3–4 minutes.

Finish with lemon juice and chili flakes if desired.
Optional Add-Ons:

Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.

Add soy sauce instead of salt for an Asian twist.

Toss with toasted almonds for crunch.
