🥔 Garlic Butter Baked Potatoes
🧾 Ingredients

4 medium potatoes (Russet or any baking potatoes)

4 tbsp butter (softened)

3–4 garlic cloves, finely minced

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Optional toppings: chopped parsley, cheese, sour cream, chili flakes
🔥 Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Wash & scrub the potatoes well. Pat dry.

Pierce each potato 3–4 times with a fork (important so they don’t burst).

Make garlic butter:
Mix softened butter with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. -
Rub potatoes generously with the garlic butter.
(Save a little butter for serving!) -
Wrap in foil OR place directly on the oven rack for crispier skin.

Bake for 50–60 minutes, flipping once halfway, until soft inside.
