Ingredients:
• 2–4 slices bologna
• 2 slices bread or sandwich buns
• 1 tbsp butter or oil
• 1 slice cheese (optional)
• Mustard, mayo, or ketchup (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
2️⃣ Cut a small X or 2–3 slits in the center of each bologna slice (this keeps it from puffing up).
3️⃣ Place the bologna in the pan and fry for about 1–2 minutes per side until browned and crispy on the edges.
4️⃣ Toast the bread lightly in the same pan if you like.
5️⃣ Add cheese on top of the hot bologna so it melts.
6️⃣ Place the bologna on the bread and add your favorite condiments.
