🦞 1. Garlic Butter Lobster Tail
Ingredients

4 lobster tails

4 tbsp melted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp lemon juice
-
½ tsp paprika
-
Salt & pepper

Fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Cut top shell lengthwise; pull meat up over shell (butterfly style).

Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt & pepper.

Brush generously over lobster meat.
-
Bake 10–12 minutes (until opaque, 140–145°F internal temp).
-
Broil 1–2 minutes for slight browning.
-
Garnish with parsley & serve with lemon wedges.
🍕 2. Chicago Deep Dish Pizza
Dough
-
3¼ cups flour
-
½ cup cornmeal
-
1¼ tsp salt
-
2¼ tsp yeast
-
1¼ cups warm water
-
¼ cup melted butter
Mix, knead 5–7 minutes. Rise 1 hour.
Filling
-
3 cups shredded mozzarella
-
½ lb Italian sausage (cooked)
-
1 (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
2 cloves garlic
-
1 tsp oregano
-
½ cup grated Parmesan
Assembly
-
Preheat to 425°F.
-
Press dough into deep pan, up the sides.

Layer: mozzarella → sausage → tomato sauce → Parmesan.

Bake 30–35 minutes.

Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
🥩 3. Perfect Ribeye Steak
Ingredients

1 thick ribeye (1½–2 inches)

Salt & coarse pepper
-
1 tbsp oil
-
2 tbsp butter
-
2 garlic cloves
-
Fresh thyme (optional)
Instructions

Bring steak to room temp (30 min).

Salt generously.
-
Heat cast iron skillet very hot.

Sear 3–4 minutes per side.

Add butter, garlic & thyme. Baste 1–2 minutes.

Rest 10 minutes.
-
Slice & serve (130–135°F for medium rare).
🍫 4. Classic S’mores
Ingredients

Graham crackers
-
Milk chocolate bars
-
Marshmallows
Instructions

Toast marshmallow until golden and gooey.

Place on chocolate-topped graham cracker.

Top with second cracker and press gently.
