🦞 1. Garlic Butter Lobster Tail

Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails

  • 4 tbsp melted butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper

  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Cut top shell lengthwise; pull meat up over shell (butterfly style).

  3. Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt & pepper.

  4. Brush generously over lobster meat.

  5. Bake 10–12 minutes (until opaque, 140–145°F internal temp).

  6. Broil 1–2 minutes for slight browning.

  7. Garnish with parsley & serve with lemon wedges.


🍕 2. Chicago Deep Dish Pizza

Dough

  • 3¼ cups flour

  • ½ cup cornmeal

  • 1¼ tsp salt

  • 2¼ tsp yeast

  • 1¼ cups warm water

  • ¼ cup melted butter

Mix, knead 5–7 minutes. Rise 1 hour.

Filling

  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella

  • ½ lb Italian sausage (cooked)

  • 1 (28 oz) crushed tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

Assembly

  1. Preheat to 425°F.

  2. Press dough into deep pan, up the sides.

  3. Layer: mozzarella → sausage → tomato sauce → Parmesan.

  4. Bake 30–35 minutes.

  5. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.


🥩 3. Perfect Ribeye Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 thick ribeye (1½–2 inches)

  • Salt & coarse pepper

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring steak to room temp (30 min).

  2. Salt generously.

  3. Heat cast iron skillet very hot.

  4. Sear 3–4 minutes per side.

  5. Add butter, garlic & thyme. Baste 1–2 minutes.

  6. Rest 10 minutes.

  7. Slice & serve (130–135°F for medium rare).

Ingredients

  • Graham crackers

  • Milk chocolate bars

  • Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Toast marshmallow until golden and gooey.

  2. Place on chocolate-topped graham cracker.

  3. Top with second cracker and press gently.

  4. Let melt 30 seconds… enjoy!
