🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

For the Fries:

  • 3–4 medium russet potatoes (or 1½ lbs frozen fries)

  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

For the Cottage Cheese Pizza Topping:

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup pizza sauce (or marinara)

  • ¼ cup mini pepperoni (or cooked sausage/veggies)

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan

  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional garnish)

1️⃣ Make the Fries

Oven Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Cut potatoes into fries. Soak in cold water 20–30 minutes (for extra crispiness), then dry well.

  3. Toss with olive oil and seasonings.

  4. Spread in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.

  5. Bake 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Air Fryer:
Cook at 380°F for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway.


2️⃣ Prepare Cottage Cheese Layer

  • Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until smooth and creamy (this makes it melt better).

  • Mix with half of the mozzarella and a pinch of Italian seasoning.


3️⃣ Assemble & Bake

  1. Once fries are crispy, remove from oven.

  2. Spoon pizza sauce over fries.

  3. Add dollops of blended cottage cheese mixture.

  4. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella, parmesan, and toppings.

  5. Return to oven for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and bubbles.

  6. Broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
