🐔 Creamy Slow Cooker Chicken (2 Can Version)

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 2 (10.5 oz) cans Campbell’s Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1 packet chicken gravy mix (optional, for thicker gravy)

  • ½ cup chicken broth or water
