1 liter milk

3 tbsp vanilla custard powder

Β½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)

1 cup fresh cream (thick cream)

Β½ cup condensed milk (optional but makes it rich)

Β½ cup chocolate chips / chopped chocolate / tutti-frutti

Take ΒΌ cup milk and mix custard powder β make smooth slurry.

Heat remaining milk in a pot, add sugar and bring to gentle boil.

Add custard mixture while stirring constantly until thick.

Turn off heat and cool completely.

Add cream, condensed milk & vanilla β whisk until smooth.
