🍗 Creamy Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing

🥣 Ingredients

  • 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Stuffing layer:

  • 1 box stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 small onion (diced)

Creamy sauce:

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the chicken

  • Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

2. Make the creamy mixture

  • In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
  • Pour this over the chicken.

3. Add stuffing

  • In another bowl, mix stuffing mix, chicken broth, celery, and onion.
  • Spoon the stuffing mixture on top of the chicken (don’t mix).

4. Cook

  • Cover and cook:
    • LOW for 6–7 hours or
    • HIGH for 3–4 hours

🍽️ Serve

  • Spoon chicken onto a plate and top with the stuffing and creamy gravy from the crockpot.
  • Optional: garnish with parsley or extra black pepper.
