🍗 Creamy Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing
🥣 Ingredients
- 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Stuffing layer:
- 1 box stuffing mix (like Stove Top)
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 small onion (diced)
Creamy sauce:
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prep the chicken
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Make the creamy mixture
- In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
- Pour this over the chicken.
3. Add stuffing
- In another bowl, mix stuffing mix, chicken broth, celery, and onion.
- Spoon the stuffing mixture on top of the chicken (don’t mix).
4. Cook
- Cover and cook:
- LOW for 6–7 hours or
- HIGH for 3–4 hours
🍽️ Serve
- Spoon chicken onto a plate and top with the stuffing and creamy gravy from the crockpot.
