🧀 Creamy Crockpot Chicken Alfredo Noodles

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2–3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 1½ cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 8–10 oz egg noodles (uncooked)

  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add chicken to crockpot
    Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.

  2. Add sauce ingredients
    Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and butter.

  3. Cook
    Cover and cook on:

    • Low: 4–5 hours

    • High: 2–3 hours
      Until chicken is cooked through and tender.

  4. Shred chicken
    Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return it to the crockpot.

  5. Add noodles & cheese
    Stir in uncooked egg noodles and Parmesan cheese. Make sure noodles are mostly submerged in liquid.

  6. Cook noodles
    Cover and cook on High for 20–30 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until noodles are tender.

  7. Serve
    Garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.


🔥 Optional Add-Ins

  • Steamed broccoli

  • Sautéed mushrooms

  • Spinach (stir in at the end)

  • A pinch of red pepper flakes for heat
