🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare Chicken

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  2. Dredge each piece in flour, shaking off excess.


2️⃣ Sear Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

  3. Remove chicken and set aside.


3️⃣ Sauté Mushrooms

  1. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter.

  2. Add mushrooms and sauté 5–6 minutes until browned.

  3. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.


4️⃣ Make Sauce

  1. Pour in Marsala wine, scraping up any browned bits from the pan.

  2. Add chicken broth and thyme. Simmer 5 minutes.

  3. Stir in heavy cream and simmer 2–3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

  4. Taste and adjust salt and pepper.


5️⃣ Combine

  • Return chicken to the skillet.

  • Spoon sauce over chicken.

  • Simmer 1–2 minutes to heat through.


6️⃣ Serve

  • Plate chicken with creamy sauce.
