300g ground beef (qeema)

1 cup small macaroni pasta

1 carrot โ diced
-
1 small onion โ chopped
-
2 garlic cloves โ minced
-
3 cups beef or chicken broth
-
1 cup milk or cream
-
2 tbsp butter or oil
-
2 tbsp flour
-
ยฝ tsp black pepper
-
ยฝ tsp paprika (optional)

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley or coriander for garnish
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions

Heat butter/oil in pot โ cook onion & garlic until soft.

Add ground beef โ cook until browned.

Add carrot & broth โ simmer 10โ15 minutes.

Add macaroni โ cook until pasta is soft.

In small bowl mix flour with a little milk โ add to soup.

Pour remaining milk/cream โ simmer until thick & creamy.

Season with salt, pepper & paprika.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
