cream cheese taquitos / roll-ups using Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese and flour tortillas. Here’s an easy baked version you can follow:

Cream Cheese Chicken Taquitos (Baked)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese, softened

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese

  • 1–2 green onions, sliced

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp chili powder (optional)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 8–10 small flour tortillas

  • Cooking spray or a little oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix filling: In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, shredded cheese, green onions, and seasonings. Mix until smooth and well combined.

  3. Fill tortillas: Spread 2–3 tablespoons of filling in a line across each tortilla.

  4. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  5. Lightly spray or brush tops with oil for crispiness.

  6. Bake 15–20 minutes, until golden and slightly crispy.

  7. Let cool a few minutes before serving.
