Ingredients

Instructions

In a large bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and 1 tsp sugar. Let it get foamy (5–10 min).

Add remaining sugar, egg, egg yolk, and melted butter. Mix well.

Stir in flour and salt until a dough forms.

Knead 8–10 minutes (by hand or mixer) until smooth and elastic.

Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1–1½ hours until doubled.

Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter, very soft

¾ cup brown sugar

1½ tbsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt
Instructions

Mix everything into a thick paste.

Roll dough into a 14×9 inch rectangle.

Spread filling evenly all the way to the edges.

Roll tightly from the long side and slice into 9–12 rolls.

¾–1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

1–2 tbsp milk or cream
Instructions

Beat everything until smooth and spreadable.
