🥓🍗 Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli

1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1½–2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

6–8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese

⅓–½ cup ranch dressing (plus more for dipping)

1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp onion powder

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Chopped green onions

Italian seasoning or parsley

Red pepper flakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, ranch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Spread the mixture evenly down the center of the dough, leaving about 2 inches on each side.

Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar over the filling.

Cut slits along both long sides of the dough. Fold the strips over the filling, alternating sides, to form a braid. (Or just roll it up like a jelly roll—no judgment 😄)

Brush the top with olive oil or butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if using.

Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

Let rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
