Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1½–2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

  • 6–8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese

  • ⅓–½ cup ranch dressing (plus more for dipping)

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

  • Optional toppings:

    • Chopped green onions

    • Italian seasoning or parsley

    • Red pepper flakes


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Roll pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, ranch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly down the center of the dough, leaving about 2 inches on each side.

  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar over the filling.

  6. Cut slits along both long sides of the dough. Fold the strips over the filling, alternating sides, to form a braid. (Or just roll it up like a jelly roll—no judgment 😄)

  7. Brush the top with olive oil or butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning if using.

  8. Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.

  9. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
