🧀 Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
(rotisserie works great) -
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cups pasta (rotini, penne, or shells), cooked & drained
(or swap with potatoes / cauliflower—see variations) -
1 cup ranch dressing

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella (or Monterey Jack)

½ cup sour cream (optional but extra creamy)

1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp black pepper
-
Salt to taste

Green onions

Extra bacon

Extra cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

Mix the casserole
In a large bowl, combine:-
Chicken
-
Bacon
-
Cooked pasta
-
Ranch dressing
-
Sour cream (if using)
-
Garlic powder, pepper, and salt
-
Half of the cheese
-

Assemble
Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. -
Bake
Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and golden. -
Finish & serve
Let rest 5 minutes. Top with green onions or extra bacon if desired.
