Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (or puff pastry)

  • 2–3 cups cooked shredded roast beef or deli roast beef

  • 1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese

  • 1 small onion — thinly sliced (optional)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano

  • 1/2 cup cream or milk

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional for flavor)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare Filling

  1. Heat butter in pan.

  2. Cook onion until soft.

  3. Add roast beef, garlic powder & pepper → warm for 2–3 minutes.

2️⃣ Assemble

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Roll crescent dough and place beef & cheese inside each roll.

  3. Arrange rolls in greased baking dish.

3️⃣ Add Sauce & Cheese

  1. Mix cream with mustard and Italian seasoning.

  2. Pour lightly over rolls.

  3. Sprinkle extra cheese on top.

4️⃣ Bake

  • Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
