Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough (or puff pastry)

2–3 cups cooked shredded roast beef or deli roast beef

1½–2 cups shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese

1 small onion — thinly sliced (optional)

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano

1/2 cup cream or milk

1️⃣ Prepare Filling

Heat butter in pan.

Cook onion until soft.

Add roast beef, garlic powder & pepper → warm for 2–3 minutes.
2️⃣ Assemble

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Roll crescent dough and place beef & cheese inside each roll.

3️⃣ Add Sauce & Cheese

Mix cream with mustard and Italian seasoning.
