🧀🥔 Cheesy Ground Beef Potato Casserole
Ingredients

500g (1 lb) ground beef

4–5 medium potatoes — diced or thinly sliced

1 small onion — chopped

2 garlic cloves — minced

1 bell pepper — chopped (optional)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
-
1 cup cream or milk
-
2 tbsp tomato sauce or ketchup (optional)

2 tbsp oil or butter
-
1 tsp paprika
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp salt (adjust)
-
1/2 tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
-
Fresh parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Heat oil in pan → cook onion & garlic until soft.

Add ground beef → cook until browned.

Add bell pepper, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and tomato sauce → cook 3–4 minutes.

In baking dish, layer potatoes on bottom.

Spread cooked beef mixture over potatoes.

Pour cream or milk evenly on top.

Cover with foil → bake 35–40 minutes until potatoes soften.

Remove foil, add cheese → bake another 10–15 minutes until melted & golden.

Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.
