Cheesy Baked Crack Chicken Pinwheels with Bacon
Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or finely chopped

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheddar-jack for extra vibes)

½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled

2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix

1–2 green onions, thinly sliced (optional but recommended)

1 can refrigerated crescent dough or pizza dough

1 tbsp melted butter

½ tsp garlic powder

Optional: extra shredded cheese for the tops
Instructions

Preheat & prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Make the filling
In a bowl, mix together:-
Cream cheese

Cheddar cheese

Chicken
-
Bacon
-
Ranch seasoning

Green onions
Stir until everything is evenly combined and dangerously tempting.

Roll it out
Unroll the crescent dough and press seams together to form one large rectangle
(or roll pizza dough into a rectangle about ¼-inch thick). -
Spread & roll
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
Roll tightly from the long side into a log. -
Slice into pinwheels
Cut into 1–1½ inch slices and place cut-side up on the baking sheet. -
Butter boost
Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Add extra cheese on top if you’re feeling extra (you should). -
Bake
Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. -
Rest & devour
Let cool for 5 minutes (hardest part), then serve warm.
