Carrot Cheese Spread
Ingredients
-
2 medium carrots, finely grated
-
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
-
2–3 tbsp mayonnaise (to taste)
-
1 small garlic clove, minced (optional but traditional)
-
Salt, to taste
-
Black pepper, to taste
-
1–2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill, finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
-
Grate carrots and cheese as finely as possible — this is key for a smooth, spreadable texture.
-
Mix everything together in a bowl: carrots, cheese, mayo, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs.
-
Taste and adjust — add more mayo for creaminess or more garlic if you like it bold.
-
Chill 15–30 minutes for best flavor.
How to Serve

On toast or crackers
-
As a sandwich filling
