Carnivore Bread (Egg & Pork Rind Loaf)

here’s a true Carnivore Bread that’s zero plants, high protein, and actually sliceable. No flour, no seeds, no weird stuff.

🍞 Carnivore Bread (Egg & Pork Rind Loaf)

🧾 Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1½ cups pork rinds, finely crushed (powder-like)

  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)

  • 2 tbsp butter or beef tallow, melted

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp baking powder (optional but helps lift)

🥣 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a loaf pan with parchment.

  2. Blend eggs + cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add:

    • Crushed pork rinds

    • Melted butter/tallow

    • Salt & baking powder

Blend again until thick batter forms.

  4. Pour into loaf pan and smooth the top.

  5. Bake 35–45 minutes, until:

    • Golden on top

    • Firm in center

    • Toothpick comes out mostly clean

  6. Cool at least 20 minutes before slicing (important!).

🔥 Texture & Use

  • Soft inside, lightly crisp outside

  • Great for:

    • Buttered toast

    • Carnivore grilled cheese

    • Burgers & sandwiches

    • Garlic butter bread (yes 😏)

🧠 Pro Tips

  • For less eggy taste → add 1 extra tbsp butter

  • For firmer bread → add 1 more tbsp crushed pork rinds

  • Toast slices in butter for best flavor

🥩 Ultra-Strict Option

Skip baking powder and cream cheese → replace cream cheese with extra butter + egg yolk.

If you want:

  • Carnivore flatbread

  • Carnivore air-fryer bread

  • High-protein liver bread

Just say the word 😌
