Ingredients

  • 1 box (18–19 oz) brownie mix

  • 2 large eggs

  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tbsp water

  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional but recommended)


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Mix dough
In a large bowl, combine:

  • Brownie mix

  • Eggs

  • Oil

  • Water

Stir until a thick dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

3️⃣ Scoop
Drop tablespoon-sized balls onto baking sheet (about 2 inches apart).

4️⃣ Bake
Bake for 8–10 minutes.
They may look slightly underdone in the center — that’s perfect.

5️⃣ Cool
Let sit on pan for 5 minutes before transferring. They’ll firm up as they cool.
