¼ cup salsa

Salt & pepper
Instructions

Whisk eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Scramble until just set.

Warm tortillas.

Layer eggs, meat, potatoes, cheese, and salsa.

Fold sides in, roll tightly.

Optional: toast seam-side down in skillet for 1–2 minutes.
🧀 Mac & Cheese (Creamy Stovetop)
Ingredients

1 lb elbow macaroni

4 tbsp butter
-
4 tbsp flour
-
2½ cups milk
-
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar

½ tsp salt
-
¼ tsp paprika
Instructions

Cook pasta; drain.

Melt butter, whisk in flour (1 minute).

Slowly whisk in milk; cook until thick.

Stir in cheese, salt & paprika.

Fold in pasta and serve.
🧁 Classic Vanilla Cupcakes
Ingredients (12 cupcakes)

1½ cups flour

1½ tsp baking powder

½ cup butter
-
1 cup sugar

2 eggs
-
½ cup milk

1½ tsp vanilla
Frosting

1 cup butter
-
3 cups powdered sugar
-
2 tbsp milk
-
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18–20 minutes.

🍕 Homemade Pizza (Classic Cheese or Pepperoni)
Dough

2¼ tsp yeast
-
1 cup warm water
-
2½ cups flour
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings

1 cup pizza sauce
-
2 cups mozzarella
-
Pepperoni (optional)
Instructions

Mix dough, knead 5–7 minutes. Rise 1 hour.

Roll out, add sauce and cheese.
