Ingredients
Crust

Instructions
1. Make the crust

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

Press mixture firmly into a 9-inch tart pan.

Bake for 8–10 minutes, then cool completely.
2. Prepare the filling

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Add vanilla extract and anise extract.

In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

3. Assemble
