Biscuit-Topped Beef Bake (Easy Dinner Recipe)
Ingredients

1½–2 lbs ground beef

1 packet onion soup mix (or beef seasoning of choice)

1 can refrigerated biscuits (cut into halves or quarters)

½ cup water or beef broth (keeps it juicy)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Lightly grease a baking dish. -
Season the beef
Spread raw ground beef evenly in the dish.
Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.
Pour water or broth evenly over the beef. -
Add the biscuits
Scatter biscuit pieces evenly over the beef (press lightly like in the photo). -
Bake uncovered
Bake for 30–35 minutes, until:-
Beef is cooked through

Biscuits are golden on top

Rest & serve
Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
Optional (but VERY good) Add-Ons

Sprinkle cheddar cheese in the last 10 minutes

Add frozen peas or corn under the biscuits

Swap soup mix for gravy mix for a richer finish

Brush biscuits with butter after baking
