Ingredients
🥔 Mashed Potatoes

4–5 large potatoes — peeled & chopped

3 tbsp butter

1/3 cup milk or cream

Salt & black pepper to taste
🥩 Beef & Gravy

500g (1 lb) ground beef
-
1 small onion — chopped
-
2 garlic cloves — minced
-
2 cups beef broth
-
2 tbsp flour or cornstarch
-
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp salt (adjust)
-
1/2 tsp paprika
-
1 tbsp oil or butter
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Make Mashed Potatoes

Boil potatoes in salted water 15–20 minutes until soft.

Drain, add butter & milk → mash until creamy.

Season with salt & pepper.
2️⃣ Cook Beef & Gravy

Heat oil → cook onion & garlic until soft.
-
Add ground beef → cook until browned.

Add broth, Worcestershire, salt, pepper & paprika.

Mix flour/cornstarch with little water → stir in.

Simmer 5–7 minutes until thick gravy forms.
3️⃣ Serve

Spoon mashed potatoes into bowl.

Pour hot beef gravy over top.

Optional: sprinkle cheese or parsley.
