4 salmon fillets (about 5–6 oz each)

Salt & black pepper

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional but 🔥)

1 tablespoon olive oil
Bang Bang Sauce

½ cup mayonnaise
-
¼ cup sweet chili sauce
-
1–2 tablespoons Sriracha (to taste)

1 tablespoon honey or sugar
-
1 teaspoon rice vinegar or lime juice

Instructions
1. Make the sauce
Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, honey, and vinegar/lime juice.
Set aside (don’t skip tasting — adjust heat or sweetness).
2. Prep the salmon

Pat salmon dry.

Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Brush lightly with olive oil.
3. Cook the salmon (choose your method)
Pan-Seared (best crust)

Heat a skillet over medium-high.

Cook salmon skin-side down 4–5 minutes.

Flip and cook 2–3 minutes more.
Oven-Baked

Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 12–15 minutes.
Air Fryer

390°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
4. Bang Bang it

Spoon or brush sauce generously over the salmon.

Optional: broil 1–2 minutes for sticky caramelized edges.
