Ingredients (1 big sandwich)

  • 3 slices bread (white, wheat, or sourdough)

  • 6โ€“8 slices bacon

  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

  • Iceberg or romaine lettuce

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt & black pepper

  • Optional upgrade: a little butter for toasting


Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon
    Fry bacon over medium heat until crispy but not burnt. Drain on paper towels.

  2. Toast the bread
