Lemon Fluff Dessert
Ingredients

1 box (3.4 oz / 100 g) instant lemon pudding mix

1 cup cold milk

1 tub (8 oz / 225 g) whipped topping, thawed

1 cup mini marshmallows
Optional add-ins (but very popular):

½ cup crushed pineapple, well drained

1 tsp lemon zest (extra zing)

Graham cracker crumbs or vanilla wafers for serving
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk the lemon pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, until thick.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.

Fold in the mini marshmallows (and pineapple or zest if using).

Chill for 30–60 minutes before serving.
