Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli
Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined

12 oz smoked sausage (Andouille or kielbasa), sliced

3 cups broccoli florets

2 tbsp olive oil
-
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Honey Garlic Sauce
-
⅓ cup honey
-
¼ cup soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
-
4 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tsp grated fresh ginger (optional but great)

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Make the sauce
Whisk honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside. -
Cook the sausage
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sausage and brown 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside. -
Broccoli time
Add remaining oil. Toss in broccoli with a pinch of salt.
Cook 3–4 minutes until bright green and just tender. Remove. -
Shrimp
Add shrimp to skillet. Season lightly with salt & pepper.
Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink. -
Bring it together
Return sausage and broccoli to skillet.
Pour in sauce and simmer 2–3 minutes until thickened and glossy. -
Serve
Spoon over rice, noodles, or eat straight from the pan (no judgment).

Extra sticky: Add 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water to the sauce
