Ritz Cracker Party Sandwiches
Ingredients

1 box Ritz crackers (about 60 crackers)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried dill (or parsley)

½ tsp onion powder (optional)
Instructions

Make the filling
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and ranch seasoning until smooth. -
Assemble
Spread about 1 teaspoon of the mixture onto one cracker.
Top with another cracker to make a sandwich. Repeat. -
Butter bath
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, dill, and onion powder. -
Coat & chill
Lightly brush or drizzle butter mixture over the cracker sandwiches.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour to let flavors soak in. -
Serve
Serve chilled or at room temp.
